Chakras are energy centres which lie down the centre of the body and life force energy enters through these chakras. Each one has its own colour and qualities. The aura is the coloured emanation that surrounds our bodies. Usually the chakras are open and balanced but often the energy flow can become restricted resulting in imbalances. Colour energy can help to balance, cleanse and maintain the natural flow of energy within the chakras and aura and bring healing to mind, body and spirit.

The essences are very safe to use by anyone of all ages and they do not have any side effects. If you are in doubt whether to take them, for instance if you are pregnant, then please seek further advice. It is always advisable to seek medical attention when necessary. These essences are best taken before or between meals. They can be used in the following ways.

• pour 4 drops on the tongue, 4 times a day or as required
• add 10 drops to a glass or bottle of mineral water and sip at intervals throughout the day
• apply a few drops on the chakra 4 times a day
• pour 10 drops in the bath
• pour 20 drops into a spray bottle add water and spray in room
• pour a few drops into the palm of your hand and sweep through your aura
• put a drop on both pulse points

They are lovingly prepared using the highest quality ingredients. Pure mineral water is solarised and lunerised and then energised with colour using coloured filters. Colour energy is also channelled through using a crystal pendulum. Brandy (50%) is added to preserve it.

They are best stored away from excessive heat, light, noise and magnetism. Also keep away from children and pets. Ensure cap is tightly closed after use.

'I took just one drop (being a sensitive kind of person!) of your red essence on the tongue. The first thing I was aware of was a sort of explosion of light everywhere. This was followed a few seconds later by a funnel of red - point in the earth, top around my base chakra. After that I was just aware of energy moving through and around me, and that I definitely felt energised. I then carried on with what I was doing, and over the next half-hour or so was aware that I was feeling quite zapped up and buzzy. All very good.

Because it had such a waking-up, and earthing, effect on me, I thought I'd use it the following morning before getting out of bed. So the following morning, I took another single drop.
